To become a new subscriber to the ChemTel 24 Hour ERS, you must contact Kenneth Coffing at kcoffing@chemtelinc.com or call 1-888-255-3924 to arrange for a ERS contract. This SIF form will be directed to Kenneth Coffing once you complete it. Please send electronically (no ZIP files) the MSDSs you wish to submit to msds@chemtelinc.com with your company's name and "New Client" reference in the subject line. If your MSDSs are in paper format, please mail them to ChemTel at 1305 North Florida Ave, Tampa FL 33602. At least one MSDS must be submitted with the contract, SIF and payment in order to open the ERS account.

Once the above process is complete, ChemTel will send you the ERS toll free number to be used for domestic and international shipping manifests. We suggest you use our toll free number on MSDS emergency contact section. The signed original ERS contract must be mailed to ChemTel.
