A Fax or Email When Ship differs from a standard 24 Hour Emergency Response Service (ERS) service agreement at ChemTel. This service is specifically designed for companies who do not have a regular library of MSDS’ for the items which they ship. These companies are able to transmit their technical and shipping documents to the ChemTel emergency response center at the time of shipment. These documents are available in real time to ChemTel call center responders in the event of a call or emergency.
