• When an emergency call is received, the Chemtel Responder will complete a detailed incident report and provide the caller with emergency mitigation and first aid information regarding the product. Caller will also receive National Poison Control Center contact information and instructions to have medical personnel contact ChemTel should professional medical assistance be required.
• ChemTel can create a custom script or incident report for especially hazardous products which require special attention.
• Incident reports are provided to designated client contacts via email.
